Request RMA

If you would like to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, please complete the below RMA request form in full. Providing all requested information will help us process your request as quickly as possible.

Once your submission has been reviewed, an RMA number will be issued. KINGNIGHT will then provide shipping instructions so you can send the product to our service center for evaluation.
