Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• In-stock items are processed within 48 hours (weekends excluded).

• After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email.

• To change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours at support@kingnightusa.com.

 

Delivery Time

• Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days after shipment.

• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, email us at support@kingnightusa.com.

• Backordered items or holiday seasons may take longer; we will notify you by email.

 

Important Notes

• If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days.

• Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) regulations, we cannot ship internationally.

• If incorrect/incomplete shipping information causes delivery failure, reshipping or refund may incur additional fees.
