Thermal Devices with 256 Resolution: 2 years
Thermal Devices with 384 Resolution and Higher: 3 years

Coverage

All products purchased from KINGNIGHT are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects or breakage related to normal, intended use during the applicable warranty period, starting from the date of purchase.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Products that have been modified, abused, neglected, or misused outside of their intended purpose.
Damages resulting from normal wear and tear, intentional damage, sensor core burns, operator error, misuse with host weapons or ammunition, theft, loss, or any cause not specifically stated in this warranty.
Products repaired by the customer or any third party without prior written consent from KINGNIGHT. Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty.
Failures or damage caused by failure to follow the product’s instructions for use, maintenance, or storage.
Damage caused by impact, fire, lightning, flooding, human negligence, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Return, Repair, or Replacement and Refunds

KINGNIGHT aims to make your experience hassle-free:

Purchases made through our website can be fully refunded or exchanged within 30 days.
For warranty repairs, KINGNIGHT will cover shipping costs for the first 60 days after the purchase date.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in new condition (unused and undamaged), in the original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and additional components. KINGNIGHT reserves the right to determine whether the item qualifies as “new.”
All returns or exchanges require a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
All promotional items or gifts included with the original purchase must be returned. Partial returns for kits or bundled goods are not accepted. If a complete return is not received, KINGNIGHT may charge an additional $20 to return the package to the customer.
If shipped, an RMA is required for refunds. Contact KINGNIGHT within 30 days. Refunds issued after inspection; missing items or shipping fees may be deducted. Refunds processed in 2–3 business days; banks may take 5–10 days.
Restocking fees may apply to opened products.

Exceptions: Special Orders, Wholesale Accounts, and High-Value Contracts exceeding $30,000 USD are not eligible for refunds.

Repair or Replacement Policy

Certain parts may be unavailable, and some issues may be unrepairable. In such cases, our service team will contact you with available options.
If a unit cannot be repaired within 10 business days after receipt, it will be replaced with an identical or direct replacement (if discontinued).
Shipping costs for warranty repairs are covered for the first 60 days after purchase. After 60 days, shipping, insurance, duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds Policy

If shipped, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for refunds. Contact KINGNIGHT within 30 days. Refunds issued after inspection; missing items or shipping fees may be deducted. Refunds processed in 2–3 business days; banks may take 5–10 days.

Unauthorized Purchases

KINGNIGHT only honors warranties for products sold through authorized dealers. Sellers without prior written approval from KINGNIGHT are considered unauthorized.
This warranty does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized channels, including:
- Non-authorized sellers or dealers
- Private or second-hand resales without valid proof of purchase from the original buyer
- Products with altered, missing, or unverifiable serial numbers, invoices, or documentation
For private resales, warranty eligibility requires valid proof of purchase from the original buyer and prior written approval from KINGNIGHT. Products failing this validation are considered unauthorized and not covered.

Transferability

This warranty is transferable.
